According to Sole Junkie's eBAY auction: "These are an exclusive pair...only one of its kind. Patent leather back with embedded fiber optic wiring in the shape of the XBOX logo. Battery placement is in the tongue as well as on and off switch that has 2 settings: Strobe or Constant light functions. Gradient lime swoosh faded to black. The toe is painted in a surreal Tiger Camouflage with accents of lime and bright green. These are a men's size 11."

Sole Junkie has designed other sneakers incorporation diamonds and 22-carat gold that went for much more than these.

Who Let The Dogs Out?

DMX was just released from the Arizona Maricopa County Jail after serving 90 days for possession of marijuana, possession of narcotics, cruelty to animals, and theft.

His attorney, Glenn, Allen said, "He's extremely happy that he's home. We look forward to being able to handle his case with him out of custody.

DMX will likely have to stand trial for allegedly throwing a food tray at a guard while he was incarcerated.

Supermodel Claims Tyra Has A Big Ego

Former supermodel Paulina Porzikova has been making the rounds at Access Hollywood and The Billy Banks Show to complain about parting ways with Tyra Banks' show America's Next Top Model. Porzikova claims she was fired because of her complaints about Tyra's constant tardiness to the judging sessions.

“I must admit I was having a little bit of an issue with Tyra being late for every judging,” she told Billy. “It’s six hours later and I feel like I am being told my time is not as valuable as hers. They pointed out that I should shut up and be grateful for the job and that Tyra is really busy.

Ocho Cinco wants a new name

The football player formerly known as Chad Johnson legally changed his name to Chad Ocho Cinco last August in Florida. Just like that other "formerly known as" he requested media and those around him refer to him exclusively by his new name. His team, the Cincinnatti Bengals, agreed he could play under his new name, but the NFL refused to comply because Reebok had already preprinted thousands of jerseys with his old name. If Chad didn't want to replace him, he had to be Mr. Johnson for another season.

This year the NFL will allow him to use his new name, however they require him to print it as Ochocinco since that is how he entered it on the legal name change form in Florida. Chad is disappointed and wants his name written as "Ocho Cinco" on his jerseys. His new name is the nickname he got from his player number "85".

Russ Was Rushed To The Hospital

Russell Simmons remains hospitalized in New York's Mount Sinai Hospital suffering from painful swelling in his hand. He has been Tweeting about his ordeal:

Police in Norfolk, Virginia got a tip on a package from Canada that had just arrived at the Norfolk Plaza Hotel. Police staked out the package that was addressed to a member of Snoop’s entourage. When the crew member came to pick up the package police arrested him for misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Super Snoop swooped in to save the day with his medical marijuana card. The investigation is ongoing.

Coolio Claims the Crack Wasn't His

Coolio caught three charges for felony drug possession, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony battery when he was trying to catch a flight at LAX in March. Airport screeners did a routine screening and physical check of his baggage and found crack cocaine and a pipe. Coolio allegedly attempted to grab the arm of the screener to keep her from searching his bag. Now Coolio denies the stuff was his. In an interview with TMZ, Coolio insists he "just happened to get caught up in the scene and they could have did DNA, they could have did all kinds of stuff to find out if it was mine, but they didn't."

Coolio goes on to say, "They just got the bag and assumed it was mine...If you do bring drugs to the airport, you don't put 'em in your bag, you put 'em in your pocket. I used to smoke marijuana and I travelled with it for years, and I never put it in my bag. I always had it in my pocket. I'm not dumb like that, but you know... That was some bullshit. Carmelo Anthony's fiancee, La La Vasquez was escorted away from her courtside seats at the Denver Nuggets/Dallas Mavericks game after getting into an altercation with nearby fans Saturday night. To put the icing on the cake, Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban, approached Martin's mother to critize her son, calling him a punk and a thug after a close game on Saturday. Cuban went on to criticize her parenting skills. Kenyon repsponded by calling Cuban a "fa&&*t motherfu*#" on live television at Monday's rowdy game.

You Can't Turn A Groupie Into A Girlfriend

Dallas Mavericks' Dirk Nowitzki's girlfriend Cristal Taylor was arrested this week by FBI agents on charges from two states. The German NBA star's African American girlfriend has as many as eight aliases and was arrested on a theft of services charge out of Jefferson County, Texas and a probation violation charge out of St. Charles, Missouri. Dirk is reportedly engaged to Cristal and she is carrying his baby. Nowitzki made this statement according to the Dallasnews.com:

"It's pretty obvious that I'm going through a tough time in my personal life right now," Dirk said. "Like I always have, I want to kind of keep my private life private. I really am not at the stage where I can talk about it yet and feel comfortable talking about it. I'm more than happy to answer basketball questions, but I think at this point, I just can't talk about it."

A man claiming to be Cristal's family member made this statement in her defense:

"Yes Dirk is going threw a very hard time but....not everyone knows all the facts. If u dnt know facts then its best just to shut up. As a family member of Cristal i will talk for her since she cant speak for her self rite now. Those crimes she commited were back in 1999 she is a wonderful person whoose come a long way. So for you people who like to judge her....all i have to say is u guys need to get a life and get off her TIP..."


Cristal allegedly stole Dirk's credit cards and ran up thousands of dollars of charges. She has a string of charges and convictions for check fraud, assuming a false identity, and credit card fraud. She allegedly ran up over $10,000 in charges at a dental office using a fake drivers license and credit card. It is also alleged she deposited forged checks in a bank account then withdrew the money. Girlfriend was busy. Unfortunately, Dirk was just the latest in a long string of cons. Sources say he bought her a $250,ooo engagement ring. Dirk is said to be distraught over the developments.

50 Cent was popping champagne and celebrating by chopping wood with his beaver teeth after posting this statement on his website thisis50.com: "The police department and insurance investigators ruled that there is absolutely no proof or evidence suggesting that Curtis Jackson [aka 50 Cent] or any affiliated parties were involved. Curtis Jackson has just been cleared of all the accusations. The investigation will continue until the guilty party is found."

The Suffolk County police department immediately yanked his leash releasing this statement: "That fire is still under investigation. It hasn't been closed either way."

Chris Brown’s Lawyer Mark Geragos is requesting LAPD police files

Mark Geragos has requested personnel records and police investigation files on the Chris Brown/Rihanna Felty altercation. Geragos has file a court motion alleging the LAPD sold photos of Rihanna’s beaten face to TMZ for financial gain and to poison the jury pool against Brown possibly in order to help the prosecution’s case. Geragos is hoping to uncover evidence of police misconduct in an attempt to have the charges against Brown dismissed.
"The purpose of the leak was necessarily for profit and to vilify Mr. Brown and poison the potential jury pool," Geragos wrote.
Rihanna has said through her attorney she would testify if compelled but would prefer a resolution other than trial.
Chris Brown faces up to 5 years in prison if convicted.
