Just 8 days after being released from jail in Arizona, DMX may be headed right back to tent city. Earl Simmons just changed his plea from not guilty to guilty of aggravated assault stemming from a February incident in which he verbally threatened Tent City guards. He has a sentencing date on Monday in Maricopa County. Pray for him y'all.

DMX was just released from the Arizona Maricopa County Jail after serving 90 days for possession of marijuana, possession of narcotics, cruelty to animals, and theft.
