JLo is suing her ex-husband for threatening to release their sex tape. By suing him she is acknowledging the tape really does exist. Regardless of the outcome of the lawsuit you know some website will get their hands on the tape (cough) through her publicist just before the release of her new album (cough).
I am so tired of all these stars whoring themselves out for album sales or whatever. JLO knows good and well she will be behind the release of that sex tape.
