Leave your load at home

In an effort to cut costs and promote 'greener travel' Japan Airlines has begun a trial campaign to encourage its passengers to pack lighter luggage and to use the bathroom before boarding the plane. The airline hopes that fewer in-flight trips to the loo will result in fewer carbon emissions as well as less fuel used to fly around the approximately 1 L a full adult bladder can hold. No word on the energy savings brought by empty colons; just leave your load at home.
