Another business manager has come forward with a claim against Michael Jackson's estate. Don Stabler claims he was hired by Michael's brother Randy to straighten out his tax problems. According to papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Stabler says he charged $325 an hour for 632 hours of 'dealing with others' on behalf of Michael. He is seeking $180,400.
Stabler is no stranger to lawsuits involving the Jackson fortune. In 2007, Michael Jackson gave a sworn deposition in a federal lawsuit claiming Stabler and Michael's brother, Randy, tried to get Michael to sign over his fortune during his 2005 molestation trial. Michael testified that when Mike refused to sign the papers, Stabler went ballistic shouting, 'What's the problem? You're not down, you're with the Jews now. You're not down with blacks anymore?" Michael said the next time he saw Stabler, "He wanted to take my head off."
Et tu, Randy? Et tu?
This to prove goes once again Michael was surrounded by sharks including his own brother. It wasn't just Jermaine Joe and Latoya. It was ALL of them.
ReplyDeleteSame shit different day. As long as the estate has money people are going to sue. Probably none of them deserve any of the cash but that won't stop them from trying
ReplyDeletePeople are shameless when it comes to milking this man. Why can't they just let him rest in peace? Every day I hear about some vulture out to get some of his millions! I'm tired of it!
ReplyDeleteThere is too much money to be made off this man's legacy....this shit will never cease! Lord only knows what Michael went through in life. He couldn't trust nobody, but his children and they too will be exploited before all this is said and done. If Katherine passes away while the kids are still minors, it will be utter pandemonium. Diana in so many words, already said she doesn't really want that responsibility.
ReplyDeleteSo if he was hired by Randy shouldn't his broke ass pay him? Oh yeah that's right he's broke.
