Nas is allegedly over $200,000 behind in his child support payments to Kelis for their infant son together; Nas has a court order to pay $51,000 a month in support. He faces criminal contempt charges if he doesn't pay up. I bet that milkshake is tasting pretty sour right about now.

Beyonce's daddy has to pay up--for the time being
The judge in Matthew Knowles' paternity case ordered him to pay $8,200 a month in child support, retroactive to February 1. He is also responsible for all of the medical expenses related to the prenancy and birth that are not covered by insurance. Alexsandra Wright claims she had an 18 month relationship with Matthew and that he fathered her child, Nixon. Lawyers for both sides discussed long-term support amounts which reportedly ranged around $20,000 a month. Knowles' attorney asserted his client has already paid $10,000 towards hospital expenses related to the birth. The parties are scheduled to take a DNA test March 1, and the long-term support issues hinge on the outcome. It sounds like we might not need Maury for this one...

Diddy's babymamas have beef
Diddy's first babymama Misa is fed up with one of his other babymamas Kim Porter refusing to accept and welcome his other babymama Sarah Chapman, and her daughter with Diddy, Chance:
“Sarah is really sweet but Sarah and Kim don’t get along. I get along with everyone. With both of them. Kim and I go back for years now. We were friends at one point. I was like “you wanted him, you got him now baby“. So she’s gotta go through all the bs I had to go through back in the day.
Sarah has been around as long as Kim, alot of people don’t know that. Puffy was cheating on me with both of them. This is over 15-16 years ago so we’ve all been around a long time. I joke around sometimes and say “They are like my sister-wives.” I try to keep everything good and we want Kim to accept Chance but she’s not ready yet………but I accepted Christian.
Kim fired back through Blackarazzi, saying “I don’t want to respond to anything Misa could ever say. She’s not even on my level.”

Tiger may be expecting a cub
One of Tiger Woods' 17 alleged mistresses, Rachel Uchitel, may be expecting a baby according to Star Magazine. Rachel has been spotted near Woods' massive yacht, aptly named Privacy, in the Palm Beaches in Florida. Uchitel denied the claims, telling gossipcop.com a very succinct, "I'm not pregnant."
Off topic: is that a red sole I spy on those peep toes? Maybe she can do a re-make of JLo's "classic" Louboutins.

America's Next Top Babymama

Nik Pace, America's Next Top Model contestant, has filed a paternity suit against New York Jets Star Braylon Edwards seeking support for the son she bore several months ago. Edwards had filed for recognition as the father in Georgia, but Pace rejected his claim. She then filed for support in New York State seeking $70,000 a month in child support. Edwards is said to make $5 million a year.

The House of Dereon is now a broken home
Beyonce Knowles' mother, Tina Knowles began divorce proceedings in Houston on November 11th from her husband of 29 years, Matthew Knowles. The divorce filing comes on the heels of a paternity suit filed last month by Alexsandra Wright. Wright claims Matthew is the father of her unborn child.
Mrs. Knowles claims the split is amicable with the couple remaining friendly and asks the media and public respect their privady.
John Edwards...YOU ARE THE FATHER...

John Edwards has never admitted to fathering a love child with a one-time staffer, but new legal documents suggest the failed presidential hopeful is the baby's daddy -and may soon have to pay up big-time.
The new documents posted yesterday by radaronline.com detail an ongoing money battle between Edwards and Rielle Hunter, 45, whom Edwards has admitted bedding even as his wife, Elizabeth, discovered she had cancer.
Edwards has never copped to fathering little Frances Quinn Hunter, now almost two years old.
Hunter is seeking more than $17,000 a month from Edwards, a tab that includes some pretty high-end demands, the documents show.
She wants $800 a month for eating out, $400 a month for "club dues and memberships" and $1,200 a month for a security guard - apparently to keep the paparazzi at bay.
She also believes Edwards - who famously paid $400 for a haircut during his presidential run - should pay her $250 a month to trim her and Frances' locks.
The documents emerged at the same time that reports have swirled that Edwards purchased a four-bedroom, $535,000 home for Hunter to live in in Charlotte.

NBA: No Bi*ches Allowed

You'll never hear a negative word said about Dwight Howard by his baby mama ... because according to a judge, she's not even allowed to speak his name.
According to documents filed in Florida, the Orlando Magic superstar went to war in October with Royce Lyndsay Reed -- the mother of his 2-year-old son -- after she allegedly called him a deadbeat dad on her blog, Twitter and even during an ESPN interview.
Dwight also alleges Royce "is attempting to become a celebrity" from being his baby mama ... even agreeing to "participate in a VH1 television show called 'NBA Wives.'" Dwight ended up winning a permanent injunction against Royce -- and according to the documents, she's banned from "using or publishing (orally, in writing, or otherwise), directly, indirectly or by innuendo, [Dwight's] name, nicknames, image, brand photographs, and/or likeness." That finely manicured line of lawyerspeak makes it damn near impossible for Royce to appear on "Wives/Jumpoffs/BB Mamas".

In other NBA news, Gilbert Arenas has moved out of the home he shares with his 8 month pregnant fiance Laura Govan. According to our source, The NBA is putting pressure on Gilbert to keep this dramatic story as quiet as possible, so he may not ever address it. We’ve also learned that he is awaiting paternity test results. Gilbert is beyond livid about Laura’s ongoing intimate relationship with Shaquille O’Neal. Now that's bringing your problems home in from work. The Wizards played Shaq's team the Cavaliers on November 18th. Shaq sat out with an injury.

"Executive Baby Mama" Strategy

According to the YBF, Alexsandra Wright, the woman who filed a paternity suit against Mathew Knowles, actually worked at Interscope Records a few months ago. She was the Marketing Director at the record company and went by the name of “Alex”.
Apparently, after Solange's old record label Geffen and Interscope merged, Mathew Knowles persuaded Interscope execs to hire Alexsandra. Staffers at Interscope contend, she was not competent for the job, overly dramatic, had work history missing from her resume and they were shocked she was hired for such a management related position.
Alex was fired from Interscope in March after working there a very short while. Then two weeks ago Alex files the paternity suit against Mathew claiming she's 6 months pregnant. Looks like she 'thanked' Mathew for the Interscope gig as an insurance policy of sorts.

Why do so many pro ballers go broke?

New studies show that within two years of retirement 78% of NFL players are bankrupt or in severe financial distress. Within five years of retirement an estimated 60% of former NBA players are broke. A large number of former MLB players befall similar fates. This sounds incredible considering the minimum sallary for NFL rookies in 2009 is $310,000. Players who last for two years receive a minimum salary increase to $460,000.
There are a number of factors at play in the rapidly diminishing wealth of retired athletes, the economy being the latest addition to the list. Professional athletes pawned around 400 rings last year on championship-rings.net, a 33% increase over the previous year almost wholly attributed to the flailing economy. Failed investments and incompetent and/or fraudulent money managers also figure prominently in cautionary tales. Add in a growing entourage, alimony, and child support and you have a recipe for disaster.
Former NBA baller Shawn Kemp has at least seven children by 6 women and Travis Henry has nine children by nine women. Both have seen their fortunes fall (and in the case of Henry, his freedom taken away) by child support obligations. Prior to calling off his divorce to wife Shaunie, Shaquille O'Neal was chafing at the amount of money requested by his estranged wife yet, spent approximately $875,015 each month, including $26,500 for child care, $24,300 for gas and $17,220 for clothing.
Former pressure by industry vets on rookies to make expensive purchases and splash cash around has been replaced by advice for temperance and moderation in spending, entertainment, and socializing. Rather than phone numbers of groupies, athletes now exchange contact information for good financial planners.

Dirk, you are NOT the Father!

Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki was informed Friday that his former fiancée, who was recently sentenced to five years in prison for a probation violation in Missouri, is not pregnant as she has maintained for months. Taylor went by the name of "Crissy Travino" to Now(nit-wit)zki with Taylor claiming to be of Brazilian heritage.
The 38-year-old Taylor was taken into custody in mid-May while the Mavericks flew back from Denver after a Game 2 loss to the Nuggets in a NBA second-round series Dallas eventually lost 4-1. A private investigation into Taylor's past, as part of a prenuptial agreement urged by Nowitzki's advisers, revealed outstanding arrest warrants for Taylor in two states and her reported use of more than 20 aliases. At the time of her arrest she claimed to be pregnant and Nowitzki the father.
Nowitzki was reported to been seen accidentally putting his head through an 8-foot ceiling when jumping upon hearing the news in South Africa where he is participating in the NBA's Basketball Without Borders Program.
