Bill Clinton tried to hip Tiger Woods to game

Reportedly, former President Bill Clinton recently reached out to disgraced golfer Tiger Woods to offer him support and advice in the wake of his recent sex scandal.  Unconfirmed reports have the president, no stranger to sex scandals and infidelity himself, telling Tiger, "game recognize game and your game is looking kinda unfamiliar right now."

Everyone hates Tiger

Tiger Woods is scheduled to give a statement this morning at 11:00am on ABC, NBC, CBS, and ESPN regarding his recent scandal and his future in the sport of golf.  Players, sponsors, and members of the media alike are all speaking out about their displeasure with his timing and handling of the "press conference."

Ernie Els  did not mince words when telling Golfweek his opinion on the timing of the Woods statement; Woods scheduled his appearance on the Friday of the Accenture tournament in Broken Sound in Boca Raton, Florida.  "It’s selfish,” he said. “You can write that. I feel sorry for the sponsor. Mondays are a good day to make statements, not Friday. This takes a lot away from the golf tournament.”

The Golf Writers Association voted overwhelmingly to boycott today's conference due to a breakdown in negotiations over the terms.  Journalists are angry Woods will be speaking via closed-circuit camera from a location a mile away from them and will not be taking any questions.  They released a statment saying in part:

“I cannot stress how strongly our board felt that this should be open to all media and also for the opportunity to question Woods,” said Vartan Kupelian, president of the 950-member group. “The position, simply put, is all or none. This is a major story of international scope. To limit the ability of journalists to attend, listen, see and question Woods goes against the grain of everything we believe.
The GWAA also believes strongly that its presence, without the ability to ask question, gives credibility to an event that isn’t worthy of it."

The public criticism marks a shift in the usual deference afforded Woods in the golf world and could mark a permanent end to his overwhelming power and dominance in the sport.

Beyonce's daddy has to pay up--for the time being

The judge in Matthew Knowles' paternity case ordered him to pay $8,200 a month in child support, retroactive to February 1. He is also responsible for all of the medical expenses related to the prenancy and birth that are not covered by insurance.  Alexsandra Wright claims she had an 18 month relationship with Matthew and that he fathered her child, Nixon. Lawyers for both sides discussed long-term support amounts which reportedly ranged around $20,000 a month.  Knowles' attorney asserted his client has already paid $10,000 towards hospital expenses related to the birth.  The parties are scheduled to take a DNA test March 1, and the long-term support issues hinge on the outcome.  It sounds like we might not need Maury for this one...

Beyonce's little brother

TMZ is reporting they have the first ever pics of what is allegedly Beyonce's little brother; How do they get this $hit?  Alexsandra Wright claimed back in October that she was pregnant with Matthew Knowles' child and that they had been having an affair for the past 18 months.  Knowles denied the affair, but he and his wife of nearly 30 years, Beyonce's mother Tina Knowles quietly got divorced months later.  Wright gave birth to a boy on February 4, 2010; her lawyers will go to court today to seek child support for the baby.  Lawyers for Knowles deny the paternity of the child and deny any rumors relating to Wright and the baby.

Gatorade unveils a new Tiger-inspired label

Gatorade was one of the first sponsors to drop Tiger Woods as a sponsor after his multiple mistress sex scandal hit the newswires.  Now, it seems Gatorade is adding salt to his (golf club inflicted) wounds.  Bottles of Gatorade bearing labels saying "Un Faithful" have begun appearing on store shelves in Denver, Colorado.  The company has sought to have the renegade bottles pulled from shelves saying they must be the work of a prankster.

Tiger is costing you money

Superstar golfer Tiger Woods' sex scandal involving upwards of 17 alleged mistresses may have cost shareholders of the companies he endorsed as much as $12 billion in losses.  Research by economics professors Christopher Knittel and Victor Stango of  the University of California, Davis, released a study Monday estimating the economic losses of Woods' main sponsors since revelations of his extramarital affairs surfaced around Thanksgiving.

“We estimate that shareholders of Tiger Woods’ sponsors lost $5-12 billion after his car accident, relative to shareholders of firms that Mr. Woods does not endorse,” the researchers wrote, adding that millions of shareholders were affected. Tiger Woods is estimated to earn around $100 million a year through endorsements alone.  Many of his sponsors have pulled their endorsement deals in the wake of the scandal.

It's all going up in smoke, so Tiger may as well take advantage

As Tiger Woods' personal and professional life goes up in smoke, an Orlando, Florida-based cigar company has offered him an endorsement deal for their tobacco products.  Here is an open letter from their company:
While Corona Cigar Company does not condone Tiger Woods’ extra-marital affairs, there is no denying that Tiger Woods is one of the greatest golfers of all time. (And let’s not forget all the good that Tiger has done with his generous charitable contributions.)
We respect the Woods family’s privacy and wish the best for them as they go through this difficult time. With support from the community including local businesses such as Corona Cigar, we hope the healing process may begin.
With that said, we believe that Tiger Woods will soon return to the golf course. Nothing pairs quite as well as enjoying a premium cigar on a golf course. Many of our customers are golf enthusiasts and many golfers are cigar enthusiasts.
We hope Tiger Woods accepts our offer to be the official spokesperson for Corona Cigar Company.
The company has offered Woods a $100,000 endorsement deal.  Too bad they don't realize that won't even cover his monthly data plan bill for texting all those women...

Tiger may be expecting a cub

One of Tiger Woods' 17 alleged mistresses, Rachel Uchitel, may be expecting a baby according to Star Magazine.  Rachel has been spotted near Woods' massive yacht, aptly named Privacy, in the Palm Beaches in Florida.  Uchitel denied the claims, telling gossipcop.com a very succinct, "I'm not pregnant."

Off topic:  is that a red sole I spy on those peep toes?  Maybe she can do a re-make of JLo's "classic" Louboutins.

The House of Dereon is now a broken home

Beyonce Knowles' mother, Tina Knowles began divorce proceedings in Houston on November 11th from her husband of 29 years, Matthew Knowles. The divorce filing comes on the heels of a paternity suit filed last month by Alexsandra Wright. Wright claims Matthew is the father of her unborn child.

Mrs. Knowles claims the split is amicable with the couple remaining friendly and asks the media and public respect their privady.

John Edwards...YOU ARE THE FATHER...

John Edwards has never admitted to fathering a love child with a one-time staffer, but new legal documents suggest the failed presidential hopeful is the baby's daddy -and may soon have to pay up big-time.

The new documents posted yesterday by radaronline.com detail an ongoing money battle between Edwards and Rielle Hunter, 45, whom Edwards has admitted bedding even as his wife, Elizabeth, discovered she had cancer.

Edwards has never copped to fathering little Frances Quinn Hunter, now almost two years old.

Hunter is seeking more than $17,000 a month from Edwards, a tab that includes some pretty high-end demands, the documents show.

She wants $800 a month for eating out, $400 a month for "club dues and memberships" and $1,200 a month for a security guard - apparently to keep the paparazzi at bay.

She also believes Edwards - who famously paid $400 for a haircut during his presidential run - should pay her $250 a month to trim her and Frances' locks.

The documents emerged at the same time that reports have swirled that Edwards purchased a four-bedroom, $535,000 home for Hunter to live in in Charlotte.

Surprise, Surprise...Tiger's Daddy Cheated too...

Now we know where Tiger learned how to swing.

More than a decade before Woods was outed as a serial philanderer, his beloved father was caught cheating on his mom, the golfer's high school girlfriend told E! News.

The revelation left a teenage Tiger devastated.

"He would just call crying and say, 'My dad is with another woman,' and that would be really all he could say," said Dina Parr, 34.
"He would be so upset, so I just tried to be there for him and listen to him."

This is proof that Tiger, his boy Chuck and Air Whore-dan played 'rent-a-becky' as Sir Charles poses with one of the Tiger 16 (as of today), Jamie Jungers.

Meanwhile, Elin has hired celebrity attorney Sorrell Trope and remember the California crib? Guess where Elin is relocating, has a lunch date with Shaunie O'Neal and circumventing the pre-nup for up to $500 million in no-fault money?

Exclusive: Police are quietly building a case against the Woods

Planet Jackson Worldwide News has learned exclusively from inside sources that complaints against Tiger Woods and his wife came from officers responding to the scene of the crash. According to our source, when officers finally questioned Woods and his wife, Elin, their stories did not match up and Nordegren changed her story about the sequence of events repeatedly. This raised suspicions of domestic abuse prompting a call to Child Protective Services.

According to our source, outside investigators were brought in from surrounding counties to avoid a conflict of interest and the investigation is ongoing. The Woods' planned departure to a secluded island in Sweden will not preclude their obligation to co-operate with the investigation into the welfare of the children.

Contrary to published reports in the mainstream media, the police are not buying Tiger's story about what happened and he is going to have to answer for more than his infidelity. Woods remains holed up on his massive yacht moored off the shores of North Palm Beach, Florida. The yacht is ironically names, "Privacy."

Mo' Mashonda/Swizz/AK Twitter Beef

Right when you thought that the Swizz Beatz/ Mashonda drama had come to a halt, Mashonda makes it quite known that she is not done with it just yet.

The Hip-Hop/R&B world was left with their jaws to the ground when news got out that Alicia Keys just might be a home-wrecker.

Mashonda – Swizz Beatz soon-to-be-ex-wife – had been putting in overtime making sure the public knows all the details of her fury, which all points to her being done dirty by Swizz Beatz who allegedly carried on a relationship with Alicia while he was still legally married to Mashonda.

Now,Swizz makes it no secret that he is in a new relationship with Alicia and is blissfully happy. Mashonda has done radio interviews and typed a 3,000 character letter to Alicia after the “No One” singer boasted about her love for Swizz on the social networking site; but nothing compares to the newest installment of the drama.

Fri. night, while Swizz was sending love and free promotion for his new “boo's” forthcoming album, The Elements of Freedom, Mashonda decided to take the time out to set the record straight, again.

After receiving much flack from some of his followers and the general public, Swizz Beatz went on a twitter rant that went a little something like this:

"All people want to talk about is my divorce. Wow! F**k what they say or said. I’m a good man but when it’s time to move on, it’s just time! I’m also a great f***ing Dad but nobody give a s**t! People talking about I cheated. How the f**k can I cheat when I was separated, ass holes? It’s been damn near 2 years."

Mashonda, who was not too fond of Swizz’s words, retaliated by saying:

"Here’s the bottom line, you were married when you started your affair, you’re married now. And both of you knew what it was. Separation came after the fact. Now peps, this is why it’s important to keep God 1st! I’m not gonna battle my son’s father on twitter about his mistress. Ya’ll WON! But just know! I never lied and NEVER will. Thank God we are doing this before 2010. My new year will not involve this scandal. That’s all folks."

This is probably not the most ideal situation that Alicia may want to be in, but her plan to stay as quiet as possible about the situation is probably the wisest. With a new album coming out in 3 days, the best thing for Alicia Keys to do is watch from the sidelines, quietly.

Tiger Woods' Caddie is backing away

Tiger Woods' long-time caddie, New Zealander Steve Williams, is now distancing himself from his boss admidsts calls for his sacking in the wake of the Woods scandal. Williams came under criticism from ESPN sports columnist Rick Reilly, that a number of Woods' staff members need to be fired if he wants to save his marriage:

"[Woods] needs to clean house," Reilly wrote in ESPN Magazine. "If he wants to keep his wife, he has to get a new agent, a new caddie and some new friends...It's hard to believe all this went on without their help or knowledge."

Woods attended the kiwi's 2005 wedding, but now Williams says Woods' scandal has caused tension within his own marriage. Williams also says that he knew Tiger had a problem and tried to talk with him about it, but he had no specific knowledge of the affairs:

"The media has made it very difficult for my family. There is no question about it, Williams exclusively told the New Zealand newspaper the Sunday News. "Obviously, I understand Tiger has got a problem. And we [Woods and Williams] discussed that. What people fail to realise is I [just] work for Tiger Woods ... I am not with him 24/7. ... When he is not competing, I am back in New Zealand. I have no knowledge of what he is doing."

Personally, I think Woods' entourage may or may not have provided cover for him on various occasions, but in the end Woods' actions are his own. You cannot hold someone else responsible for the actions of another. Tiger was the one placing the phone calls and texting, he arranged the rendezvous. He climbed into bed (or wherever) with this incredibly long list of women. He obviously knew what he was doing. Some have suggested he might soon claim to have a sex addiction and enter rehab to clean up his image. That would be the coward's way out. Tiger's situation is less one of addiction than one of an incredibly rich and powerful man who wanted to have his cake and eat it too.

Similarly, his wife Elin Nordegren's reported ultimatum that he leave the PGA tour and the sport of golf or lose his family also misses the mark. She has reportedly bought a mansion on a secluded Swedish isle accessible only by boat. Golf didn't cause Tiger to cheat, that was his own selfish ego. There is no shortage of buxom blondes in Sweden. Won't they need a large staff to serve at that mansion and to help her with the children? Without golf to occupy his time, Elin will have an even tougher time keeping her husband's zipper up.

Tiger is taking a leave

Two weeks after allegations of extramarital affairs hit the papers and he crashed his SUV into a tree outside his home, Tiger Woods made a public statement. In his statement, he acknowledge his infidelity and announced he would be taking a leave of absence from golf to focus on his family. "After much soul searching, I have decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf,” Woods said Friday evening on his Web site. “I need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father, and person.” At last count, the number of women claiming to have had affairs with Tiger Woods stood at 13. One of those alleged mistresses is a porn star who has made over 60 adult films. The mistress count does not include the claim of a Hollywood madam that she set Woods up with prostitutes totalling $60,000 over a two-year period and arranged rendezvous with as many as three call girls at a time for Woods.
