For those of you interested in booking an appointment with the New Millennial Dr. Death you can find him at the Armstrong Medical Clinic, Acre Homes, Houston, Texas, U.S.A.

Murray has admitted to administering Propofol and various benzodiazepines at Michael Jackson's home without a pulseox monitor, a defibrillator, and other monitoring equipment as well as leaving Jackson alone while on the medication; Murray says he was only gone for a few minutes. Police investigators say he was gone for at least an hour while Jackson slipped into respiratory depression leading to an eventual cardiac arrest. Fate of racially-tinged WalMart line-cut scuffle may be determined today

Nearly three years ago Heather Ellis left her place in a WalMart checkout line to join another inthe small town of Kennet Missouri. What happened next has touched off a firestorm of debate around the country and embroiled the world's largest retailer in a public relations nightmare. Store clerks and witnesses say Ellis cut the line, shoved other patrons' articles aside on the conveyor belt, and was confrontational. Ellis maintains she simply joined the line with her cousin and was mistreated by a cashier who asked her for identification even though she was paying in cash, refused to return her change from her transaction, and spoke to her rudely. Management and ultimately the police were called to quell the uprising. Police allege Ellis was combative and hurling curses and insults; they say she kicked one officer in the shin and another in the face, splitting his lip. Ellis counters she was called a racial epithet and told to "go back to the ghetto". She also says police roughed her up in the process of arresting her.

Ellis was charged with assaulting police officers, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace. Officials with the American Civil Liberties Union and the Southern Christian Leadership Conference said the case is indicative of racial bias in the town, where 13 percent of the population is African-American. Ellis' supporters have held several peaceful rallies in the town which, unfortunately have drawn the attention of the racial hate group the Ku Klux Klan. The Klan is threatening racial violence if the rallies continue.

The court heard testimony yesterday and a verdict could be rendered as early as this afternoon. The schoolteacher could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted of the felony charges.

TLC tried to set it off

T-Boz recently confessed to trying to set it off with the other girls of TLC. According to T-Boz, the group once confronted Clive Davis about their measly $50,000 cut--that's $50K total for the three of them to split--off the $75 million made by CrazySexyCool and their other efforts. The group toured extensively, made numerous appearances, and were synonymous with pop culture during the time of their heydey yet the women were broke. Unfortunately, their story of exploitation is hardly unique in the music business.

Kourtney Kardashian got robbed

Kourtney Kardashian doesn't have to worry about her little sister hogging all the spotlight anymore. She returned home on Saturday to find her Calabasas townhome had been robbed. According the police report, the robbers took her boyfriend/babydaddy's Rolex watch, Kourtney's $30,000 Cartier watch, diamond jewelry, and jewelry she inherited from her celebrity lawyer father, Robert Kardashian.

P.S. I'm quite certain she knew she was flashing her panties in that photo, hence the "thirsty" label.

Balloon Boy stunt may have been a hoax

The story of the boy who was thought to have floated away from his family home in a homemade helium balloon gripped the attention of the U.S. yesterday. Now some suspect it may have all been a ploy for media attention. During a live interview with CNN yesterday, the boy in question confesses he heard his parents calling his name during a search of the home and grounds, but failed to answer the calls. He then blurted out his parents said they were doing it "for a show." The boy's father emphatically denies it was all a setup. Local sheriffs plan further investigations into the matter.

Cracker Barrel Attack-ATL

Clayton County prosecutors said Wednesday they are trying to have felony charges reinstated against a man who attacked an Army reservist in front of her child outside a Morrow Cracker Barrel.

A judge dropped a felony child cruelty charge against Troy D. West, Jr. He was released from the Clayton County jail Friday -- two days after being arrested for striking Tashawnea Hill in front of her 7-year-old daughter.

District Attorney Tracy Graham Lawson said she may file felony charges against West. "We're reviewing the police reports and talking to witnesses to determine whether felony charges should be presented to the grand jury," Lawson said Wednesday.

West, 47, is charged with battery, disorderly conduct and cruelty to children -- all misdemeanors. He is also the subject of an FBI investigation for committing a possible a hate crime. Police said West, who is white, yelled racial slurs at Tashawnea Hill as he was kicking and punching her in the head.

The attack occurred as Hill and her daughter were leaving the Morrow restaurant and West was heading inside, Morrow Police Capt. James Callaway said. Hill told West to be careful after the restaurant door came close to striking her child, Callaway said. That's when West became enraged and attacked the woman, police said.

“She kept saying, ‘Sir, I’m a United States soldier, don’t do this,’ ” Callaway said. On Wednesday, the Atlanta office of the FBI said they have launched a "preliminary" investigation for a possible hate crime, at the request of Morrow Police.

West told Morrow police he became upset because Hill spit on him after accusing him of trying to hit her daughter, according to the police report. But several witnesses said they never saw Hill spit on West.

West remains free on a $12,500 bond. He is scheduled to return to court on Sept. 28. West runs Troy's Paint & Body & Auto Salvage in Poulan, which is in south Georgia near Albany.

We are in no way advocating violence, but perhaps you might want to write a letter to the district attorney's office, the local chamber of commerce, or the Better Business Bureau to let them know how you feel about this case.

Don Diva Magazine Head Shot and Killed

Miami journalist and President of Don Diva magazine, Samuel Ferguson, was shot and killed on Friday, Aug. 14, while driving on the Florida Turnpike.

According to police, Ferguson was heading north on the highway in his maroon 2001 Chevrolet Impala, when a black four-door car carrying several passengers pulled alongside him and fired several shots, causing him to crash into the concrete divider. Ferguson was pronounced dead at the scene. He was 47.

Ferguson was hired at Don Diva nine months ago, in an effort to strengthen the magazine's Florida readership. He was also known as Samuel Silvasteen and "P Man" Sam, and was considered by many to have been a Miami rap pioneer. He was involved in Miami’s rap scene before 2 Live Crew put it on the map. He also had a long history of arrests for weapons and battery, and spent several years in prison on a drug charge in the '80s.

Ferguson was embroiled in a heated controversy last October, when rapper Rick Ross was exposed as having once been a correctional officer, and blamed Ferguson, whom he'd known prior to his hiring at Don Diva, saying "Ferguson is a liar, he's an informant, he's a rat, he's a b----...get at me in the streets n---- you know how we play. This s--- about to get deeper than rap."

Don Diva's Editor-in-Chief, Tiffany Chiles, claimed that Ferguson was attempting to use his position at the magazine to distance himself from his criminal past. "We are deeply saddened by this tragic and senseless incident," Chiles added. "Sam was not just the president of Don Diva South, he was a family friend for over 20 years. Sam was our brother. He was well respected and loved my many. He will be missed."

Weezy's Arizona Drug Case Delayed

Lil Wayne’s attorneys were granted more time to build their defense this past Thursday in the rapper’s drug and weapons case in Yuma, Arizona, stemming from a January 2008 arrest.

According to local Arizona news network, KYMA, during the hearing on Thursday, Weezy’s lawyers requested an order for evidence from the scene and questioned the training of the dogs used in searching the rapper’s tour bus last year.

As previously reported Wayne was put in cuffs last January after authorities searched his vehicle at a border patrol checkpoint and allegedly turned up cocaine, marijuana, ecstasy and a firearm.

In addition to getting more time to build their case, the judge has allowed Wayne’s lawyers to interview the dog handlers. Next hearing is scheduled for October 1st to determine a trial date.

Residents on edge as 9 women vanish from N.C. city

They spent their nights jumping in and out of strange cars, trolling otherwise empty streets lined with decaying storefronts and boarded-up homes. Many sold sex to support drug habits or children left in the care of worried, hardworking grandmothers.

Even when they were picked up for drugs or prostitution, nights in jail looming, they called home to let their families know they were OK. Then, one by one, the calls stopped.

Since 2005, nine women who lived at the edges of the poor community in Rocky Mount, a small North Carolina city have disappeared. Six bodies were found along rural roads just a few miles outside town, most so decomposed that investigators could not tell how they died. At least one of the women was strangled, and all the deaths have been classified as homicides. Three women are still missing.

Police will not say whether they suspect a serial killer, but people in the community about 60 miles northeast of Raleigh do, and they're impatient with law enforcement efforts to investigate the slayings.

Weezy Goes CSI to Beat Weapons Rap

According to the NY Post, Lil' Wayne is hoping a former FBI geneticist will get him off the hook for the .40-caliber semiautomatic cops grabbed from his tour bus near Columbus Circle two years ago. Weezy has hired Bruce Budowle (aka Magnum PI) in hopes of challenging the DNA test that matched him to cells swabbed off the gun.

If you recall, Lil' Wayne is attempting a similar tactic regarding the reliability of the drug sniffing dog which uncovered at a border checkpoint near Dateland, Arizona, nearly 4 ounces of marijuana, more more than 1 ounce of cocaine, 41 grams of ecstasy, drug paraphernalia, $22,000 in cash and a .40-caliber pistol that was registered to Wayne in Florida, where he has a concealed-weapons permit.
