TLC tried to set it off

T-Boz recently confessed to trying to set it off with the other girls of TLC. According to T-Boz, the group once confronted Clive Davis about their measly $50,000 cut--that's $50K total for the three of them to split--off the $75 million made by CrazySexyCool and their other efforts. The group toured extensively, made numerous appearances, and were synonymous with pop culture during the time of their heydey yet the women were broke. Unfortunately, their story of exploitation is hardly unique in the music business.

TLC Reunite for Timberlake Charity Event

Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas, the two remaining members of the R&B trio, perform at the second annual Justin Timberlake & Friends concert at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas on Saturday . The show, benefiting Shriners Hospitals for Children, also featured sets from Alicia Keys, Ciara, Snoop Dogg, Taylor Swift, Jay Sean, and Timbaland.

T-Boz has a brain tumor

Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins revealed in the latest issue of People Magazine she has been battling a brain tumor for years. The former TLC member underwent a seven-hour surgeryto remove the tumor from her brain stem in 2006. According to T-Boz, it has since returned; she hid her condition during this year's filming of "Celebrity Apprentice" with Donald Trump because she did not want to focus on her. "I didn't want pity. I was there to help sick children. I won't let you feel sorry for me." T-Boz also has sickle cell anemia and competed on the reality show to raise funds and awareness for the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia.

T-Boz is selling her minimansion

T-Boz, one third of the 90's girl group TLC, is trying to sell her McMansion in Duluth, Georgia for $1, 250,000. Records show Tionne bought the 6 bedroom 6 1/2 bath 9,654 square foot home in 2001 for $1,122,700 so she doesn't stand to make much money off the sale. The house sits on a 0.96 acre lot and boasts 10 foot ceilings, three fire places, and a three-car garage.

This sounds like a small home, but I have to commend her for not going overboard with the unnecessary amenities. She got just as much home as she needed in a place that doesn't have celebrity cache to drive up the cost of living. Heck, she probably lived just down the road from her mama an nem in the Sugarloaf Country Club.

TLC Reunites, well just T&C for Justin Timberlake Benefit

TLC, one of the biggest girl groups of all time, will play their first show in America in seven years, for a good cause - and for Justin Timberlake.

The surviving members of the group will perform at the "Justin Timberlake and Friends" concert at Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay Events Center on October 17th. at a benefit for the Shriners Hospitals for Children.

In their '90s heyday, TLC sold tens of millions of albums, went bankrupt and won four Grammys.The long sidelined group will reunite Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins with Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas. Third member Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez died in a car accident back in 2002.

Besides TLC and Timberlake, the Las Vegas concert will also feature country teen star Taylor Swift, plus singers Alicia Keys and Ciara. Tickets go on sale Saturday.
