John Edwards...YOU ARE THE FATHER...

John Edwards has never admitted to fathering a love child with a one-time staffer, but new legal documents suggest the failed presidential hopeful is the baby's daddy -and may soon have to pay up big-time.

The new documents posted yesterday by radaronline.com detail an ongoing money battle between Edwards and Rielle Hunter, 45, whom Edwards has admitted bedding even as his wife, Elizabeth, discovered she had cancer.

Edwards has never copped to fathering little Frances Quinn Hunter, now almost two years old.

Hunter is seeking more than $17,000 a month from Edwards, a tab that includes some pretty high-end demands, the documents show.

She wants $800 a month for eating out, $400 a month for "club dues and memberships" and $1,200 a month for a security guard - apparently to keep the paparazzi at bay.

She also believes Edwards - who famously paid $400 for a haircut during his presidential run - should pay her $250 a month to trim her and Frances' locks.

The documents emerged at the same time that reports have swirled that Edwards purchased a four-bedroom, $535,000 home for Hunter to live in in Charlotte.

The premise of the show is the two will date. My man Jon ain't really feelin' the possibility of 22 child support payments right off the top, however Nadya already admitted that she thinks Jon is 'hot'. Looks like the apocalypse will be televised...

Why can't they get anything done in Cali?

The California budget crisis is a continuing problem for the state. It is affecting just about everything in the state, especially the schools. 37,000 prison inmates are about to receive "get out of jail free" cards. Did I mention they're running out of drinking water, part of the state is still burning down and they plan to pay for some of all of this by selling all their old shit on eBay. They're actually doing a recession swap with eBay 'cuz eBay's ex-CEO is running for governor now.

Well check out Republican Orange County Assemblyman Mike Duvall "doing his bid'ness" during an appropriations committee meeting hearing in July. My man's freak game is so proper he had to resign on Wednesday after this news report was broadcast. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has 14 days to call a special election to fill Duvall's seat. (Yes, KCAL9 still uses Betamax.)

Update: Duvall says he's only guilty of inappropriate story telling, not actual adultery.

Madonna's daughter better be a little bit more than "like" a virgin

The humping at the 3:00 mark is priceless.

Madonna's 12-year-old daughter Lourdes played dress-up in her mother's 1984 costume from the "Like A Virgin" video and tour; Lourdes donned the costume to appear in the second video version of her mother's hit single "Celebration." Madonna has also been bringing her out on stage for her appearances in her "Sticky and Sweet" world tour.

I'm beginning to think Michael Jackson was on to something by shielding his children from the media and controlling their access to movies and music. I think more parents should step up and monitor what their children watch and listen to; children should be children, not young whores in training.

Let me say I stan for Madonna. I listened to all her songs as a child. I loved "Like A Virgin," but the label that always followed Madonna was trashy and whorish. She embraced that. It became part of her persona to be overtly sexual. It worked for her and continues to contribute to the longevity of her fame. My problem comes when you transfer that to a child, a pre-teen at that. I think we, as a country need to take a long hard look at why there is such a dichotomy between somewhat acceptable sexualized imagery of children and unacceptable child sexuality.

R. Kelly's career continues to suffer because of allegations he had sex with a minor girl. (He has not been convicted of those charges, but the stigma remains.) On the other hand you have Miley Cyrus posing nearly nude for Vanity Fair magazine, Vanessa Hudgens star of perennial pre-teen favorite Disney's High School Musical franchise splashed topless across the internet (she is over 18 now), an underaged Britney Spears posing in a bra and panty shorts or flirting in a school girl micro-miniskirt, and Abercrombie and Fitch is selling thongs for little girls. Don't even get me started on Beyonce's teenaged gyrations--I could go on and on; why does America accept all these sexualized images of children? What message is this sending to children and society as a whole?

Meet Kenneth Summers

Only In Fla.: Authorities say a Largo,Florida man was arrested after being accused of leaving two small children in his vehicle while he was in a Clearwater strip club.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office reports that 33-year-old Kenneth J. Summers left a 3-year-old and a 4-year-old in a car late Sunday night. The sheriff's office also says Summers was in the club, drinking at the bar, for 30 to 60 minutes.

The nature of the relationship between Summers and the children was not released, perhaps he was trying to get a new mommy for the children.

He was arrested on two felony counts of child neglect and is being held at the Pinellas County Jail on $10,000 bail.
