What recession? Michael Jordan has plans to build a megamansion in the town of Jupiter, Florida. The plans for his 37,942-square-foot two-story home have already been approved. The home, which sits on two adjacent lots, will feature 11 bedrooms, an elevator, a fireplace, a detached cottage and it's own guard gate. The home lot already sits within the gated Bears Club community which was founded by golf great Jack Nickalaus. The lot contains a wooded area and abuts a luxury golf course. It was purchased for $4.8 million. Construction of the home is estimated at an additional $7,627,700.

ReplyDeleteThe thing about it is the more you suck up to yt the more successful you are: Michael Jordan, Oprah, Tiger Woods--all of them suck up majorly so they keep earning cheddar while the rest of us go broke.
