Former President Bill Clinton spoke at the America's Conference in Coral Gables, Florida, on Tuesday. During his speech, President Clinton urged the United States to extend temporary protected status to Haitians living in the country illegally--the same status currently extended to Cubans who touch dry land in the country. Clinton is the special envoy to Haiti.
