Eric Brewer was a well-known blunt instrument of controversial Cleveland Mayor Mike White. He is infamous for anonymous attack mailers targeting the various misdeeds and private sins of the mayor's enemies. He is now the mayor of suburban East Cleveland and is blaming his opponent in the Democratic primary, Council President Gary Norton, for distributing comprimising photos just days before the primaries. In the photos, Brewer is seen decked in garters, lace, and high heels showing off his matronly buttocks. Brewer does not cop to the photos and Norton denies providing them. The last mayor of East Cleveland, Saratha Goggins gained office despite a previous conviction for manslaughter. It seems she stabbed a boyfriend to death. East Cleveland gives even dysfunction a bad name-the video clip above breaks it all down....
