NFL announcer disses Whoopi

If you watched the Detroit Lions game on Sunday did you hear NFL announcer, Chris Myers, totally diss Whoopi Goldberg? During the first quarter of the game Chris and another announcer were talking about a player who went from playing with the Steelers last year to the Lions this year.was on the Pittsburgh Steelers last season but now plays for Detroit. He said, "Going from two Super Bowls in Pittsburgh to the winless Detroit team -- that's like going from dating Beyonce to Whoopi Goldberg." Oooh, that's gotta burn.

  4. First of all, she is NOT ugly! If white folks can try to convince me Sarah Jessica Parker and Julia Roberts are beautiful, I can damn sure stand up for Whoopi. Have you seen a picture of Chris Myers? At least Whoopi had Frank Langella and Ted Danson.

  5. Frank Langella is no prize. I did not understand Ted Danson or any of the other men she was with. She is ugly with no class either. I loved Color Purple but that is it. I hate her on the view and I hated all her other movies. Bey is cute not beautiful but come on. Who would you rather wake up next to? Whoopie looks like she has bad breath.

  6. Look its not that she is dark or has dreads it is the combination of her features put together with her personality. She never dates a black man never does anything with or for black people. Her career blew up with TCP and that was it. She thought she wasn't black no more.

  7. 10:42-Actually frank Langella was quite sexy in his day. Sorry, I disagree with you over Whoopi. I like her and her attitude. And I rememner her being asked about her dating white men and she said 'hey, I go out with whomever asks me'. Obviously black men don't like her-white men do. And? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

  9. Whoopi made a very nice statement about Patrick Swayze today. They starred together in Ghost. She seems like a cool lady.

  10. I think whoopi tells it like it is and lives her life the way she wants, and don't care what other people think. Some are turned off by her confidence & wit and she's also very intelligent. She's been through a lot in her life [drug addiction, poverty etc] and still managed to be a great mother to her daughter raising her alone. I agree with 11:34 on all points...AND Ted Danson was "the man" in his cheers days. All the white women wanted his ass, and YT was not happy when they got together. Evidently these men found her attractive in deeper ways than just the superficial. Too bad those like that nfl announcer would rather date a brainless lace front wearin twit like Beyonce, than someone with substance.

  11. Whoopi did her own self in with the racist roast she let Ted Danson do then she defended his racist ass. She did stereotypical roles that made her look ridiculous. I just don't respect her. Sorry.
