A Monique sighting


at 106 and Park for the announcement of BET Hip Hop Awards nominees....
(how can you get a $100,000 appearance fee if the budgets for 106 and Park, the BET Hip Hop Awards AND the Monique show don't total $100,000?). Maybe she needs all that extra cash to cornrow her leghairs.

    She needs the exposure to promote her new show. Besides her new hubby stating she needed to lose a few pounds, I think her talk show also had a lot to do with it.

    I might tune in for a show or two. If she starts in on that vulgar stuff like her stage act then I'm out. It is time for Monique to take her act to the next level. She doesn't need to dwell in the gutter with her humor.
