The break comes amid rumors Nelly refused to settle down with Ashanti whose career has cooled considerably since the two hooked up. ReplyDeletemen, if you know in your heart that you have no desire to marry a particular woman now or EVER, do us all a favor and move your ass on after a few months. its effed up for a woman to put so much time and energy into a man, hoping that he'll settle down, when he knows in his heart that isn't the case. many women spend all of their 20's and 30's waiting for a dude to settle and he doesn't.
personally, the next man i get with better be talking about marriage (even casually after 8 or 9 months). i'm not going to let another man warm my bed for years on end (and take me out of the game from looking) when he knows he doesn't want me.

4:05, i agree with you. that's why i said that i'm not going to waste a lot of time with the next dude i'm dating. but nevertheless, i'm tired of society being accepting of the headgames that men play and blaming women for believing them. how can you blame the person that was trusting and not blame the liar/manipulator? that's like blaming the native americans for trusing the europeans. what kind of world do we live in where we have to almost expect and accept that all men are selfish liars?
