A woman in South Africa is accused of conning people into investing money in an fake R. Kelly tour. When she got caught, she insisted Kels was in on the scheme and that she even deposited money into his bank account. The woman is charged with 60 counts of fraud and the Aruh is wanted for questioning in South Africa.
