Well, he's actually just suing the Black Eyed Peas' manager Polo Molina for the non-existent physical and emotional damages resulting from their recent altercation in Toronto. Perez insists Molina struck him on the head after he admittedly antagonized will.i.am and hurled anti-gay slurs at the BEP frontman. Hilton wants $25000 for his hideous and ill-fitting wardrobe pain and suffering.
For $25,000 he should be allowed to beat him some more.
