This is so udderly ridiculous...there are SIX of these 'sculptures' purchased at a cost of $500,000. Chief William J. Bratton said he walked by the installation to see whether "it's as ugly up close as it is when you're driving by and it looks like some kind of cow splat."
WTF?! IT looks like something dead laying on it's side, minus head & feet. They throw money away on garbage like this and could've used it to help the community. Hmmmm I thought California was in debt....interesting.
