Plaxico Burress beat all four of his traffic tickets in Florida. Plax was stopped on March 1st in Broward County for speeding 60 mph in a 45 mph zone, improper display of tags, improper window tinting, and improper lane change. His lawyer got the tickets dismissed by claiming the officer who gave the citations failed to give Burress information on how to either pay or contest the fines; the officer couldn't prove otherwise. The information normally comes in a flyer separate from the tickets.
