The owners of Black Ball Records are considering filing suit against Suge Knight for copyright infringement due to the use of the very similar name Blackball Records for his company. The owners of Black Ball records claim they have held the copyright since 2002; they previously sent a cease and desist order to Suge which he of course ignored.
