Black Ball might end up black and blue messing with Suge

The owners of Black Ball Records are considering filing suit against Suge Knight for copyright infringement due to the use of the very similar name Blackball Records for his company. Suge has been using the name Blackball Records since last year and says he filed for the copyright in 2006 but dropped it this year. The owners of Black Ball records claim they have held the copyright since 2002; they previously sent a cease and desist order to Suge which he of course ignored. Black Ball Record execs also claim goons showed up at their offices with Tek 9's shouting "Suge Knight sent me!"

Michel'le Suing Suge Knight for Child Support

Death Row Records' Michel'le Toussaint has filed child support charges against ex-husband? Suge Knight.

The singer, and late '90s interim head of Death Row, is seeking over $40,000 in court-ordered spousal charges, as well as assistance in ensuring that Knight pays the $13,000 plus thousand court-ordered child support.

Michel'le's lawsuit claims that the two "agreed to marry" after Knight's 1997 incarceration. The singer, has a child, Bailei, with Suge, and also has at least one child with Dr. Dre.

In 1989, the singer went platinum for her self-titled debut, produced by Dr. Dre, DJ Yella and Eazy E. Her last tracks were on 2003's Dysfunktional Soundtrack, also released on Death Row.

Michel'le is filing her spousal support suit to bankruptcy court; reportedly Suge does not have any income.
