What time is it? Time to pay the tax man. Public Enemy member and reality TV star Flava Flav is said to owe more than $38,000 in back taxes to the IRS. If Flav is unable to come up with the money in a timely manner it is possible he may do jail time. 9-1-1 may be a joke in his town, but the IRS breathing down your back is no joking matter.
