BREAKING NEWS: James Brown's Estate Settled

A South Carolina judge ruled yesterday on the division of James Brown's estate. His charitable trust will receive 50%, his adult children will share 25%, and his wife(y) and young son will share the final 25%. The ruling establishes Tomie Rae Hynie as his spouse and widow and declined to require her son, James Brown II, to submit to a DNA test. Tomie maintained if her son had to take a DNA test then all those claiming to be his children should submit to testing. Folks backed up off that real quick. The Godfather Of Soul died on Christmas Day 2006. He is buried at the home of one of his daughters. That's creepy.

  1. I never believed she was his legal wife and I doubt that's his biological son. I also don't think some of those adult children are his either. I guess it doesn't matter if he claimed all of them. He shouldn't have left his estate in disarray like that.
