Janky Promoters starring Ice Cube, Mike Epps and Young Jeezy is the story of two club promoters trying to book Young Jeezy. The DVD was released this past Tuesday.

Ice Cube will direct a new installment of ESPN's new series "30 for 30". The series celebrate's the network's 30th anniversary and will include 30 one hour sports documentaries. Cube's film will follow the L.A. Raiders and examine the influence they had over their host city as well as Ice Cube's own life and professional career starting with N.W.A. His installment will be titled "Straight Outta L.A."

"30 for 30" will include profiles of Allen Iverson by Hoop Dreams director Steve James and Olympic track star Marion Jones by director John Singleton. Look for the series to air starting in October 2009.
