Diddy's Bad Boy film company is being sued for copyright infringement over a scene in the Biggie biopic Notorious where a billboard can be seen. Model Angelyne, who appears on the billboard, is suing Bad Boy, Fox Searchlight Pictures, and State Street Pictures for using her image in the movie.
this will be interesting to watch the verdict on. she shouldn't get any bread from this though, because it's not like her image was used to make any money. if she didn't want to be seen, this hooker shouldn't be a model. folks don't realize that when you're so quick to sue folks, it makes people not want to work with you anymore. she must be broke to pull this foolishness.
