Debbie Rowe is crying defamation of character

According to this video, Michael told his family to keep his children away from Debbie at all costs. Michael Jackson's ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, is threatening a lawsuit over an Extra TV interview. Extra interviewed Rebecca White, a Florida reporter who has interviewed Debbie in the past. Rebecca shared e-mails from Debbie right after Michael's death in which she stated she did not really want custody of the children and was pursuing a custody fight in the hopes of a big payoff. Debbie claims she has not been in touch with Rebecca since Michael's passing and that the e-mails are fakes. She is threatening to sue for defamation of character and invasion of privacy.

No settlement in the guardianship case has been announced or filed. Nor has Rowe formally petitioned for custody. There is a custody hearing tomorrow to determine whether Katherine Jackson, the children's grandmother will retain custody of Michael's three minor children.
