France arrests the widow of former Rwandan dictator

French officials arrested the widow of deceased Rwandan president Juvenal Habyarimana;  officials took Agathe Habyarimana into custody on charges of genocide saying she was at the core of the regime responsible for over 100,000 deaths during Rwanda's civil war between the Hutus and the Tutsis which was sparked by the deth of her husband in a plane crash.  Ironically, it was the French who helped to spirit her out of her country, first to Zaire, then later to France when things went south in 1994.
