Amidst all the Superbowl furor, rumors swirled that Reggie Bush of the New Orleans Saints was supposed to pop the question to on-again off-again girlfriend Kim Kardashian.  The Saints pulled off a sweetheart of a win Sunday night, but the weekend was less-than-perfect for Kimmie.  Reggie's alleged side piece, "model" Carmen Ortega released a video of her showing off what is purportedly Reggie's crib.  No word on the erstwhile Mrs. Bush's reaction.

Diddy's babymamas have beef

Diddy's first babymama Misa is fed up with one of his other babymamas Kim Porter refusing to accept and welcome his other babymama Sarah Chapman, and her daughter with Diddy, Chance:

They Should Do This On American Idol

Six women were arrested and charged with assault for allegedly attacking another woman due to her poor karaoke performance, according to officials at the Stamford Police Department.

The suspects, ranging in age from 19-20, were arrested Sept. 23 after fleeing Bobby Valentine's Sports Gallery Cafe in Stamford, Connecticut, where they are said to have attacked the woman.

The alleged victim, 25-year-old Leidy Alcantara, was singing "A Dios Le Pido" by Colombian singer Juanes when the suspects started accosting her.
"I was singing the song in Spanish, and some girl said I was very annoying," Alcantara told the New York Daily News.

The victim shot back something to the effect of, 'If you don't like it, you can leave,' which the girls took exception to, Stamford police spokesman Lt. Sean Cooney told the Stamford Times.The altercation occurred after the exchange of comments, according to Cooney.The women punched, kicked and pulled Alcantra's hair, according to police.

The six women then left the bar and were later identified by eyewitnesses, according to police. They were later arrrested and charged with assault, conspiracy to commit assault and breach of peace. They were released on $5000 bond and are scheduled to face a judge on Oct. 5.

Kim Kardashian got smacked upside the head by a fan who placed the highest bid in an auction benefitting the Dream Foundation Charity. Her opponent gave her a black eye in the process of trying to beat her to the white meat hours after her younger brother Rob suffered a concussion in his boxing match. Kim blogged about the match saying, “At the end of the day, we did this for charity and that’s what counts. You can try to bring the Kardashians down … but we’re a strong family. A concussion and a black eye can’t hold us down!”

This story is just wrong on so many levels...22-year-old "dancer" Chetania Davis plead guilty to misdemeanor assault and was sentenced to one year of probation and a suspended six-month jail sentence for attacking her colleague with a stiletto heeled shoe. Davis stabbed her 52-year-old co-worker, Jo Nolan, repeatedly in the face with her shoe on April 17th in the dressing room. The incident occurred on Nolan's first day of work at Ohio's Club 1245; Davis was upset the management hired more dancers for the club. Oh, by the way, Davis is 8 months pregnant.

Beyonce gave the boot to Lindsay

Lindsay Lohan hosted the F1 Rocks concert series on Singapore over the weekend. The show featured The Black Eyed Peas and Gwen Stefani, but the real star of the show was Beyonce--and she let everyone know it. Reportedly, Beyonce requested the largest dressing area when she arrived at the venue, but it had already been claimed by Lindsay. Lindsay's star has been fading inversely to her bad attitude, so when Bey requested the area, sources say Lindsay was told to pack up and relocate. In my opinion, Beyonce was just being a diva. I mean where else did she expect Lindsay to put all her coke? She does drink Coca-Cola, doesn't she? ;-)

My Lawsuit Detector Just Went Off

An employee of rapper 50 Cent has been accused of getting into a fight after a sex-related dispute at the hip-hop star's mansion and is facing assault charges.

Dwayne McKenzie (mug above) works for the rapper's company G-Unit and lives on the sprawling property, which used to be owned by boxer Mike Tyson. Court documents obtained by the Hartford Courant newspaper allege McKenzie requested oral sex from a woman during an Aug. 16 gathering at the 50,000-square-foot mansion in the Hartford metropolitan area suburb Farmington after he just finished cleaning the pool. A friend of the woman took offense, and a fight ensued, police said.

Police Lt. William M. Tyler said 50 Cent wasn't at the home, which has 19 bedrooms and 37 bathrooms and boasts a gym, billiards rooms, racquetball courts and a disco with stripper poles and states they showed up to the mansion in about 15 seconds and checked every room.

When the woman and her friend decided to leave the mansion, witnesses said, another woman, Michelle Krzykowski, ran after them and grabbed the friend, and McKenzie told her she was attacking the wrong person, according to a warrant for McKenzie's arrest. Krzykowski hit the woman with a hard object, leaving a large gash in her head, police said. Witnesses told police McKenzie pinned the woman to the ground while Krzykowski hit her.

McKenzie claims the accusation that he urged Krzykowski to attack the woman "is totally false," said his lawyer, Gerald Klein, who has represented him before."He's not a celebrity, but he works for one," Klein said. "So I guess he can be targeted by people looking to make hay."

McKenzie and Krzykowski now both face assault charges and are expected back in court Sept. 1.

Nia Long Disses Beyonce

Nia Long, star of Love Jones and Disappearing Acts, sounded off on fake actresses in the U.K. magazine Pride.

"If you’re a singer not an actress, you should sing. If you’re a rapper, you should rap,” Nia told the magazine.
In the July issue cover story writer Jessica Huie asked Nia what she thought about Beyonce's performance in ‘Obsessed.’

“I didn’t see ‘Obsessed,’ so I can’t comment, but it’s just not about how talented you are anymore. It’s about, ‘How much box-office revenue will this person generate?’ When you see certain people – we won’t name names – they just don’t have the skill, and no one in their team has said, ‘You need acting classes,’” she replied.
