Chris Brown is Being Sued By Paparazzi

Chris Brown is being sued by a photographer who says Chris' bodyguards attacked him at a Los Angeles basketball court this past in March.

According to the lawsuit, the photographer claims he was taking pictures of Chris and friends playing basketball in L.A. when they told him to stop. They chased him and beat him when he fell down a stairwell. The photographer is suing Chris and LA Fitness for negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, assault and battery, and liability.

Mark Geragos, released this statement: "The is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He's done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this."

BREAKING NEWS: James Brown's Estate Settled

A South Carolina judge ruled yesterday on the division of James Brown's estate. His charitable trust will receive 50%, his adult children will share 25%, and his wife(y) and young son will share the final 25%. The ruling establishes Tomie Rae Hynie as his spouse and widow and declined to require her son, James Brown II, to submit to a DNA test. Tomie maintained if her son had to take a DNA test then all those claiming to be his children should submit to testing. Folks backed up off that real quick. Mike Tyson's Daughter Passed Away

Mike Tyson's 4 year-old daughter, Exodus Tyson, passed away last night after doctors disconnected her from life support. Her 7-year-old brother found her entangled in a cord dangling from the family's treadmill Monday morning. Her mother called paramedics, disentangled her, and tried to revive her. Tyson rushed to be by his daughter's bedside. A family spokesperson released this statement to the media:

"There are no words to describe the tragic loss of our beloved Exodus. We ask you now to please respect our need at this very difficult time for privacy to grieve and try to help each other heal."

Florida rapper, Bubba Sparxxx, was arrested last week on felony narcotics possession in Clearwater, Florida. The Timbaland protege and rapper of such hits as "Deliverance", "Ms. New Booty", and "Ugly" was released on $2000 bail Sunday night.

According to Clearwater police, an off-duty officer witnessed Sparxx, whose real name is Warren Anderson Mathis, receive an object from another suspect in the parking lot of a Hooters restaurant. Allegedly, Sparxxx agreed to a search when confronted; the officer subsequently found narcotics in Mathis' wallet.

Considering an officer actually witnessed the exchange and Bubba consented to the search, Mr. New Booty better start to "Get It Right, Get Right, Get It Tight!"

Mike Tyson's 4-year old daughter, Exodus Tyson, is listed in "extremely critical condition" on life support after accidentally strangling herself on a cord hanging from the family's treadmill. The girl was found by her 7-year-old brother; she was unresponsive and had her neck entangled in the cord . Her brother rushed to get their mother from another room. She untangled her daughter, called 911, and tried to revive the child. As soon as he learned of the accident, Mike flew back from Las Vegas and rushed to the hospital.

Chrisette tore it up on my new favorite show Late Night With Jimmy Fallon (I still miss Conan.) She did a great job. You can tell Jimmy and the audience really enjoyed her performance. I do have to say, girlfriend needs to send her stylist to the unemployment line right next to Jennifer Hudson's. Those leggings were not the business. She would have looked so much better in a little skirt or something. I thought that pink jacket was hot until they showed a backshot. WTH was all that tucking and pinning? It just detracted from the overall effect of the outfit. The outfit gets an epic fail, but her hair and makeup were on point as usual.

Bottom line: don't sleep on Chrisette. She has the potential to be a long-term star.
