New Orleans Mayor, Ray Nagin, his wife, and a security guard have been detained in Shanghai, China because a passenger on their flight exhibited symptoms of the H1N1 "Swine" flu virus. The Nagins have not exhibited any symptoms themselves. Nagin became known nationwide during the Hurricane Katrina disaster when he told President Bush and the federal government to "get off your asses" and send much-needed help to the ravaged city. Nagin travelled to Shanghai on an economic development trip.
