Chris Brown's assault trial is set to begin later this month, but his defense may suffer from divided attention. His attorney, Mark Geragos, flew to Thailand this weekend to represent the interests of deceased actor David Carradine's family in the investigation into his untimely death. The family refuses to accept either suicide or the widely-speculated auto-erotic asphyxiation theory as the cause of death for the actor. David Carradine, star of the Kill Bill series, was reported found in his Thai hotel room hanging naked with a rope around his neck, wrist, and genitals. They family has also asked the FBI to investigate in the case.
