To be honest, Vanity Fair Italy ran this cover last year, but I really like it. Andrew Howe is a 24-year-old biracial German and American Olympic long jumper and sprinter. He was born in Los Angeles and moved to Italy at the age of 5 with his African-American mother and her second husband. It seems track excellence runs through his veins; his mother was a UCLA hurdler and both she and Andrew's grandfather tried out for the Olympics.
