I am so excited about seeing this movie. The critics love it. I am happy to see some regular looking black actresses get some shine for a change.
ReplyDeletethey've been complaining for years that black filmakers couldn't finance, create, promote and distribute a movie like this on their own, it finally happens and TP and O still get static (smh)
ReplyDeleteRIGHT! I FEEL YOU ANON 11:51. DAMNED IF YOU DO, DAMNED IF YOU NOT. YOU CAN'T PLEASE THE HATERS, BUT OH WELL. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THIS MOVIE. I'M MAKING SURE I GO OPENING WEEKEND! (THAT'S WHEN IT REALLY COUNTS)
ReplyDeleteForget Monique and her stank attitude. Gabby will be getting all the Oscar buzz now.
